A surprising escape to comfort
Upon arrival, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink. The hotel’s well-kept grounds and breathtaking views made every moment feel special. The staff went above and beyond, particularly at breakfast, where the variety was impressive and consistently delicious.
Unfortunately, we faced a few issues with the room. The bathroom layout was awkward, making it inconvenient to grab towels post-shower. Additionally, the noisy AC made sleeping a challenge at times.

The views of the water from my room were simply breathtaking, and the live music at dinner added a special touch to the evening vibe. Plus, the on-property transportation was top-notch, making it easy to zip around the resort and enjoy every bit of the beautiful scenery.
Service, though, had its hiccups with waits exceeding 30 minutes for food and drinks, along with a GM seemingly out to lunch. Even though it was tough to score a cocktail, the setting still made up for some bumps in the road.

Stayed in the Great House Ocean View room. The view was amazing, with clear sights of the water right from my window. The room itself felt comfortable, and the staff made sure everything was tidy. I really appreciated the turn-down service. Only downside was there were a couple of noise issues from outside at night, but overall, it was a chill stay.
